当代景观规划主创设计师参与设计，项目的开发位于泰国的春武里。春武里府距曼谷仅80公里，是东海岸距曼谷最近的省府。该地区自然资源丰富，并拥有优美的海滩和纯净的空气。这是当地想从每周的疲劳和压力中寻找短暂解脱的人常去的度假胜地。春武里是东海岸的门户，拥有工业园和渔村，也是东部沿海发展项目的中心。

　　项目可以分为3种不同的住宅类型：公寓型、海边住宅型和泳池住宅型。泳池住宅型中部设有俱乐部，居民可以在那里休闲娱乐。同时也提供无限池边的海滨泳池，为项目增添了更多功能的色彩。

　　The project is located in Chonburi, Thailand. Chonburi Province, only 80 kilometers from Bangkok, is the nearest province on the East Coast to Bangkok.The region is rich in natural resources and owns beautiful beaches and pristine air. It is a resort frequently visited by people who look for short-term relief from the weekly fatigue and pressure. Chonburi is the gateway of the East Coast within industrial parks and fishing village also the center of development projects of the East Coast.

　　The project can be divided into three different housing types: apartment type, seaside residential type and pool residential type. A club is constructed in the middle of seaside residence for entertainment of residents. Meanwhile, a boundless swimming pool is also provided to add more functional colors of the project.
